JUST ADD
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce or pumpkin puree
1/4 cup peanut butter (no xylitol)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 eggs
DIRECTIONS
Remove preserve sachet. Preheat oven to 160C. Place dry ingredients into food processor and blend to fine texture. Then add wet ingredients and mix. Place in fridge for 20 mins. Roll out dough between two sheets of baking paper. Cut cookies with cookie cutter and place on baking paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
MAKES BETWEEN 20-30 COOKIES.
